Who We Are
SIBO Engineering manufactures since the earliest years state-of-the-art WOOD Working machineries, that includes a wide range of mechanic, hydraulic, CNC machines and automatic/semiautomatic lines.
Milling machines, routers, and sanders: machines for working on different types of wood samples such as all kinds of brushes, brooms, and agricultural tools, knife handles, broom blocks, broom handles, walking sticks, and related handles and grips.
METAL surface finishing machines have gained also prominent importance in SIBO's production as well in the last decades, to satisfy an increasingly demanding market. That includes machines to grind, satin, and polish straight and curved tubes with round, oval, or irregular sections, as well as bars, profiles, and flat surfaces made of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, etc.., such as furniture components, beds, radiators, etc...

Graziano Brusa Antonini establishes the “Graziano Brusa Costruzioni Meccaniche”. history is written

Alberto Brusa Antonini renames the company SIBO, Società Italiana Brusa Ornavasso, refreshing the image of the company, now a significant industrial facility in its hometown of Ornavasso (VERBANIA).
Knowledge
Knowledge matters. Built on a long history of experience and applied technology, Knowledge has recently qualified SIBO Engineering to win the prestigious international award “ERCOLE D’ORO” bestowed by the Academy of Science in Rome.

A very good choice indeed because she is a woman, who with great professionalism and discretion has been managing SIBO Engineering’s administration office since 1971, never forgetting her role as wife and mother. All members of Sibo Engineering’s staff are aware of the great importance of Mrs. Castelnovo to the Company and are very proud of the deserved recognition that she has received this year.
CONTROVENTO
Sibo Engineering in 2020/2021, despite the crisis due to the pandemic, not only it has never stopped working, but has increased production and continued to innovate by creating new machinery. For this reason CRIBIS and Nomisma have given our company a special recognition for its ability to “sail Upwind“.
