AUTOMATIC WOOD NAILS MILLING/CUTTING MACHINE MODEL “MCN/3”

This machine is designed for milling and cutting wooden nails. The working process begins with the placement of the planks on a conveyor belt, which carries them one by one to the first station of the rotary table. Once in position, the table rotates to initiate the different processing stages. At the second station, a cutter mounted on a horizontal slide shapes the tip along the entire length of the slat. Subsequently, at the third station, a cutter mounted on a vertical slide refines the tip on the individual nails, completing their profiling. The process continues at the fourth station, where circular blades cut the already profiled plank, dividing it into 14 perfectly formed nails. Finally, at the fifth station, the nails are automatically discharged.
