AUTOMATIC LINE TO PRODUCE SHOVEL HANDLES MODEL “LMB”

Automatic line for the production of straight and slightly curved shovel handles with variable diameters. This line is composed of the following machines: double-end cutting machine, complete with chain loader, to cut all handles at the same length, suitable for straight and bent parts; CNC milling shaping machine type “TAUS 2 ½”; conveyor belt for extraction of the handles; double endshaping machine type “2TSP”, complete with chain loader, suitable to work the 2 ends of the handles at the same time and sanding machine type “2LU/100”.

The machine can be equipped with:

• loader for straight pieces up to 1400 mm. length.
