AUTOMATIC BORING/CUTTING MACHINE MODEL “FMR/C”

This machine has been designed and manufactured to perform the automatic drilling, chamfering, and cutting on the knife handles. The machine is equipped with an automatic loader and a high-precision rotary table with 4 working positions.
In the first position, the piece is loaded by means of a vertical loader.
In the second position, it is performed simultaneously the drilling of the upper and lower sides thanks to two multiple boring heads, mounted on linear guides, each operated by a pneumatic cylinder and regulated by a hydraulic speed regulator.
In the third position, the cutting for mounting the blade. The cutter is mounted on an electrospindle with 18000 RPM mounted on linear guides and driven by a pneumatic cylinder.
In the fourth position the piece is automatically unloaded.
