AUTOMATIC MILLING CUTTING MACHINE MODEL “FDT/200”

Fully automatic machine with four working positions for the mass production of shaped bottle caps, small discs, round dowels, etc., starting from raw bars. This machine is composed by a loader, three independent milling stations working at the same time, and a cutting position. In the first position the bar is loaded by means of a vertical loader, in the second and third position, it is milled the profile while on the fourth position, a multiple saw blade unit will cut the profiled bar in the final pieces. After this process, all the pieces will be automatically unloaded on a conveyor belt where a sensor will count them.
