AUTOMATIC MILLING MACHINE WITH 2 HEADS MODEL “FBI/2C2T/4X1CNC”
Milling machine with numerical control suitable to process the external profiles of wooden brushes. It is also possible to mill knife handles, hacksaw handles and paintbrushes. It is provided with two working positions, that allow to work two elements at the same time.
Description:
The rough piece are manually placed in the loader that loads 1 piece at time on the working table. The piece is automatically clamped on one side, the loader goes back to the start position and the cutter that is mounted on 2 slides driven by CNC, works half profile. At the end of this operation the pieces are clamped on the opposite side and the cutters work the other half profile. Once the machining is complete, the pieces are unclamped and unloaded, while 2 new piece will be automatically loaded.
