AUTOMATIC DOUBLE ENDSHAPING MACHINE MODEL “2TSP”

Milling machine to simultaneously endshaping the 2 ends with cylindrical, hemispherical, and conical profiles. This machine can drill holes, execute conical and cylindrical tenons, and do partial round milling on components such as broom handles, agricultural tools, chair legs, etc.
The parts are put manually into the loader, which loads one into the pneumatic vice where it is clamped. Two cutters, one on each side, work the ends according to the type of cutter mounted. When the operation is complete, a new workpiece is loaded and the machined one is automatically unloaded.

The machine can be equipped with:

• cutter for internal threading
• cutter for external threading
• cutter for round facing
• drilling cutter
