THREADING CUTTING MACHINE FOR NUTS MODEL “GNC24/CNC”

Automatic machine for drilling and threading nuts made of wood and fiberglass, starting from planned bars. The bars are loaded onto a belt feeder that transfers them to the working table. A clamp driven by a brushless motor feeds one bar at a time to an indexed rotary table, where the workpiece is clamped and processed in four stations:

• Bar cutting with circular saw according to the set length.
• Top and bottom drilling by means of a double drilling head.
• CNC threading with tap controlled on two interpolated axes.
• Automatic unloading of the finished nut.

Simultaneous machining in the different stations ensures reduced cycle times, high productivity and consistent product quality.
