Automatic milling machine with hydraulic feed, designed for profiling the handles of flat paintbrushes, spatulas, and similar items. The machine simultaneously machines the two opposing profiles by means of profiled cutters guided by a template. The working speed is adjustable from 0 to 16 m/min, and with sensors positioned at particularly complex points of the profile, it automatically reduces the speed to improve surface finish, then restores it to the programmed value. The milling machine is equipped with an automatic loader that handles both the loading of blanks and the unloading of machined parts, optimizing cycle time and reducing operator intervention.
