AUTOMATIC THREADING MACHINE FOR BARS MODEL “BTM/30 CNC”

The BTM/30 is a numerically controlled machine designed for the automatic threading of round bars in various materials, such as wood, bakelite, and plastic. The bars to be worked are placed by the operator in the loader.
Two self-centering clamps pick up the bar and load it between the tailstock and the headstock where it is locked in place. The bar then begins to rotate, while the cutter advances according to the pitch set in the numerical control (CNC), providing high precision for every type of thread. The feed speed is adjustable, ranging from 1 to 2 meters per minute, to meet the requirements of each thread.
At the end of the cycle, the worked bar is automatically unloaded, and a new bar is immediately positioned to continue with the next cycle.
