CNC POLISHING GRINDING MACHINE FOR THE INTERNAL SURFACES OF TUBES MODEL “SML/1000”

Automatic CNC machine suitable for grinding and polishing internal surfaces of pipes, cylinders, tanks, and sanitary containers for filters. The machine is equipped with a 5-axis Mitsubishi control and is composed by a self-centering roller conveyor where is positioned the pipe to be processed and 3 independent 1 mt long spindles, where are mounted the polishing tools. By means of a touch screen panel, it is possible to program the following operations: scarfing, grinding and polishing.
