Les barres \u00e0 travailler sont plac\u00e9es par l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur dans le chargeur.<\/p>\n<p>Deux pinces autocentreuses prennent la barre et la chargent entre la pointe et la contre-pointe o\u00f9 elle est fix\u00e9e. La barre commence alors \u00e0 tourner, tandis que <strong>la fraise avance selon le pas d\u00e9fini dans le contr\u00f4le num\u00e9rique (CNC)<\/strong>, offrant une grande pr\u00e9cision pour chaque type de filetage. La vitesse d&rsquo;avance est r\u00e9glable, de<strong> 1 \u00e0 2 m\u00e8tres par minute<\/strong>, pour s&rsquo;adapter aux exigences de chaque filetage.<\/p>\n<p>En fin de cycle, la barre travaill\u00e9e est d\u00e9charg\u00e9e automatiquement et une nouvelle barre est imm\u00e9diatement positionn\u00e9e pour poursuivre le cycle suivant.
