THREADING CUTTING MACHINE FOR NUTS MODEL “GNC24\/CNC”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Automatic machine for drilling and threading nuts made of wood and fiberglass, starting from planned bars. The bars are loaded onto a belt feeder that transfers them to the working table. A clamp driven by a brushless motor feeds one bar at a time to an indexed rotary table, where the workpiece is clamped and processed in four stations:<\/p>\n

  • Bar cutting with circular saw according to the set length.<\/li>\n
  • Top and bottom drilling by means of a double drilling head.<\/li>\n
  • CNC threading with tap controlled on two interpolated axes.<\/li>\n
  • Automatic unloading of the finished nut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
