Machine with numerical control suitabel to polish round, square, rectangular, oval bars and sheets, made of brass, stainless steel, etc.

Functioning

The bars are clamped between centres and tailstocks. It is possible to mount 4 bars at the same time. Pushing the start button, the brush gets closer to the bars,  and starts to feed, polishing the first side of the bar, with the desired pressure. When the fisrt side has been completely polished, and the bar rotate automatically of 90° and the working cycle starts again, till all sides has been worked. With the Cn it is possible to adjust different parameters like feeding speed of the brush, speed rotation of the brush, swinging of the brush, pression of the brush on the bars, number of working passes, etc. The machine is equipped with Linux operating system, Lcd screen 10'5, clamping devices, high pressure gun and tank for liquid compound.
