Metal Machines - TUBE GRINDING AND SATIN
Suitable to grind/satin straight bars, with round or oval section made of aluminium,. steel, brass etc. Bars are positioned in the loader that loads automatically one bar at time on the feeding rolls which provide to feed it in the grinding machine. The piece feeds with the desired speed WITHOUT TURNING. Once the bar is out of the machine, it is atomatically unloaded on the back slide
The line is equipped with:
- automatic belt-opening device with photocell
- motorized group extraction rolls
- variable speed driver to change the speed of the sanding belts
- pneumatic cylinder connected with the photocell to open the introduction rolls
- automatic group centralized lubrication
- loader with length 6000 mm
- unloader with length 6000 mm
