Wooden bars already plannned are put in the loader.The first bar is loaded and pushed by a brushless motor, in the rotating head with self centring clamping, where it is clamped to the desired length. Infact thanks to the Cn you can set the length of the bar, dimension of the dice and automatically it is calculated the working position. After the bar has been clamped, the head starts turning and a profiled cutter mills the profile of the dice, then a saw blade cuts it. Once the dice has been cut, the wooden bar feeds and a new cycle starts again.
