The company SIBO uses, since 1999, a design program “CAD 3D” in order to develop and propose on the market always new and customized machines, following the specific requirements of the customers.

Thanks to this system, the design of machines has become faster than in the past, when a 2 dimensions Cad was used. Now we can follow all the developing process of the machine, from the fist idea to the complete realization, without any sort of error.

Starting from the sample the first step is to verify the feasibility, then we proceed with the structural calculation and we check the ergonomics of the machine. Further step is the cinematic simulation and then the program creates automatically all the views of the drawings: classic views and also exploded views.

Finally the list of the components is automatically created, so that it is always possible a correct and safe control of all the components of the machine, both during the manufacturing and the purchasing. Any modification of the project can be made without any problem as the parametric system updates all the steps executed during the design of the machine.
